Schmand – Schinken Nudeln


75 g Nudeln, Spiralnudeln aus Hartweizengrieß, Rohgewicht

70 g Zwiebel(n)

70 g Schinken (Katenschinken), gewürfelt

100 g Schmand

20 g Käse, herzhaft, gerieben

etwas Öl



Nudeln nach Packungsvorschrift garen, nicht ganz abtropfen lassen.
Die Zwiebel und den Schinken würfeln, in Öl hellbraun anbraten.

Schmand einrühren, etwas einköcheln lassen. Die fertig gekochten Nudeln dazugeben, mit dem geriebenen Käse bestreuen, rühren, bis der Käse geschmolzen ist.
