150 g Puderzucker
1 Pck. Puddingpulver, Vanille
100 g Mehl
1 TL Backpulver
80 g Mandel(n) (Blättchen)
400 g Sahne
1 Pck. Dr. Oetker Paradiescreme
Zubereitung
Mehl und Backpulver mischen. Mit Eiern, Puderzucker, Vanillepuddingpulver zu einem Teig verarbeiten.
In eine Springform füllen (ca. 26cm) mit Mandelblättchen und etwas Zucker (Kristallzucker) bestreuen.
Im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 180°C ca. 20-30 Minuten backen.
Aus der Form lösen und leicht auskühlen lassen.
In der Mitte durchschneiden und komplett auskühlen lassen.
Sahne mit Paradiescreme verrühren und gute 3 Minuten bei voller Leistung steif schlagen. Auf dem Tortenboden verteilen. Tortendeckel darüber legen, ganz leicht andrücken.
Man könnte ihn jetzt schon essen, aber am besten stellt man den Kuchen vor dem Verzehr für ein oder zwei Stunden in den Kühlschrank.
