200 g Mehl

100 g Zucker

1/2 Pck. Backpulver

2 EL Schokostreusel

3 Ei(er)

100 ml Öl

125 ml Mineralwasser mit Kohlensäure

Kuchenglasur, (Schokoglasur)

1/2 TL Zimt

n. B. Kuvertüre, weiße


Die Eier mit dem Zucker sehr cremig rühren und dann mit Mehl, Backpulver, Schokostreuseln, Öl und Mineralwasser leicht vermischen.

Den Teig in eine bemehlte Form (z. B. quadratische Springform) streichen, im vorgeheizten Rohr bei 160° Umluft 15-20 Minuten backen und dann auskühlen lassen.

Die Schokoglasur mit Zimt vermischt über den kalten Kuchen streichen. Evtl. mit geschmolzener weißer Kuvertüre Streifen in die dunkle Glasur ziehen.
