Schoko Friss Dich Kuchen


250 g Mehl

250 g Zucker, braun

250 g Butter

2 EL Nutella

4 Ei(er)

1 Pck. Backpulver

3 Pck. Puddingpulver, Schokolade, zum Kochen

1 Liter Milch

9 EL Zucker

250 g Butter

Zum Verzieren: Schokoraspeln, Streuseln, Perlen usw.



Für den Teig:

Mehl, Zucker, Butter, Nutella, Eier und Backpulver zu einem glatten Teig verrühren, auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Blech verteilen. Bei 170-175 Grad Ober- Unterhitze ca. 15 min (je nach Ofenmodell) abbacken.

Für die Puddingmasse:

Den Pudding nach Anweisung zubereiten, aber nur 1 Liter Milch verwenden. Nach dem Aufkochen die Butter zufügen und unter Rühren schmelzen lassen.

Danach die Schoko-Buttermasse etwas abkühlen lassen, hin und wieder umrühren, damit keine Haut entsteht. Die etwas abgekühlte Masse, muss noch streichfähig sein, auf dem abgebackenen Teig verteilen und erkalten lassen.

Nach Belieben verzieren mit Schokoraspeln, Streuseln, Perlen usw.

Wenn der Kuchen nicht am gleichen Tag verzehrt werden soll, empfehle ich die Verzierung erst am Tag des Verzehrs aufzubringen, die Puddingmasse kann etwas „Schwitzwasser“ verlieren.
Kuchen kann gut einen Tag vorher zubereitet werden, da der Boden nicht sehr schnell durchweicht!
