Käse-Schneekuchen mit Schmand

Zutaten

Für den Teig:

65 g Butter

75 g Zucker

1 Ei(er)

200 g Mehl

½ Pck. Backpulver

Für die Füllung:

1 Becher Schmand, 200 g

500 g Magerquark

1 Pkt. Vanillepuddingpulver, zum Kochen

150 g Zucker

3 Eigelb

1 Pck. Vanillezucker

¼ Liter Milch (Vollmilch)

1 EL Öl

Für den Baiserbelag:

3 Ei(er), davon das Eiweiß

3 EL Zucker

Zubereitung

Den Backofen auf 180 °C Ober-/Unterhitze vorheizen.
Butter, Zucker, Ei, Mehl, Backpulver zum Teig kneten, in eine 26er Springform drücken, dabei einen Rand hochziehen.
Die Zutaten für die Füllung verrühren und auf den Teig geben. Ca. 45 Min. backen.
Inzwischen 3 Eiweiß mit 3 EL Zucker steif schlagen, Baiserhaube auf den Kuchen geben und weitere 15 Minuten backen.
