Hackbraten vom Blech


500 g Hackfleisch, gemischtes

4 m.-große Ei(er)

50 g Semmelbrösel

3 TL Senf, mittelscharfer

1 TL Paprikapulver, scharfes

Salz und Pfeffer

3 TL Tomatenmark

Petersilie, Menge nach Geschmack

3 kleine Paprikaschote(n), bunt

300 g Käse, geriebener, Sorte nach Geschmack


Die Paprikaschoten putzen, in kleine Würfel schneiden und beiseite stellen. Alle anderen Zutaten in einer großen Schüssel miteinander vermengen.

Bei den Gewürzen kann man variieren, ich habe auch schon Knoblauch dazugegeben und Chilipulver. Mit Salz und Pfeffer muss man nicht so sparsam sein, der Fleischteig nimmt viel Gewürz an.

Gut durchkneten, am Schluss etwa die Hälfte der gemischten Paprikawürfel unterkneten. Den Fleischteig auf ein gut gefettetes oder mit Backpapier belegtes Backblech streichen.

Die restlichen Paprikawürfel darauf streuen und etwas eindrücken.

25-30 Minuten bei 200°C Heißluft backen.Man kann den fertigen Braten warm essen oder ihn erkalten lassen und dann in kleine Rechtecke schneiden und so servieren, mit Kartoffelsalat und Brot.

Ist auch ein prima Gericht für das Partybuffet.Zur Abwechslung kann man auch Maiskörner oder Champignons untermischen. Oder die Paprikaschoten weglassen.

  1. Heute diesen Hackbraten nachgekocht – schmeckte ziemlich lecker. Ich hab den Käse grob gerieben und in die Masse gegeben. Oben drauf nur die Paprikawürfelchen gestreut.
    Ob Hack gemischt oder rein ist sicher geschmackssache.
