ERDBEER- FANTA- KUCHEN

Zutaten für den Boden

125 g Zucker

2 Tüten Vanillinzucker

2 Eier

70 ml Öl

140 g Mehl

1/2 Tüte Backpulver, gesiebt

80 ml Fanta

Zucker, Vanillinzucker und Eier schaumig rühren. Öl, Mehl und Backpulver dazugeben und zum Schluß Fanta unterrühren.

Ein kleines Blech ( 30 x22 cm) oder eine Springform ( 26 cm) fetten und mit Backpapier auslegen. Den Teig in die Form geben.

Im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 180 Grad etwa 20 Minuten backen.
Nach dem Auskühlen das Backpapier entfernen und den Boden wieder in die Form geben.

Erdbeer- Fanta- KuchenZutaten für den Belag

400 g Erdbeeren

300 g Sahne

300 g Schmand

2 Tüten Sahnefest

2 Tüten Vanillinzucker

3 EL braunen Zucker

Die Erdbeeren waschen, die Stielansätze entfernen, in Stücke schneiden und auf dem Boden verteilen.
Die Sahne mit dem Vanillinzucker und dem Sahnefest steif schlagen und den Schmand unterrühren.

Die Masse auf den Erdbeeren verteilen und mit dem Zucker bestreuen.

  1. sieht lecker aus, aber nur 125g Zucker und 4 Pckg Vanillinzucker scheint mir ein bischen wenig…hoffentlich ist das süß genug….dann darf das aber nicht Fanta light sein….hat schon jemand Geschmackerfahrung damit ??
