Der weltbeste Schokoladen – Blechkuchen


500 g Zartbitterschokolade

100 g Mehl

250 g Butter

8 Ei(er)

300 g Zucker

1 Pck. Backpulver



Die Butter im Topf zerlassen und die Schokolade darin langsam bei schwacher Hitze schmelzen. 8 Eier in eine Schüssel schlagen, mit Zucker, Mehl und Backpulver sehr gut aufschlagen und dann die Butter-Schoko-Mischung unterrühren.

Den Teig auf ein Backblech streichen und 20 bis 25 Minuten bei 200° backen.
